Panasonic Air Conditioning Remote

Morning everyone, not sure where to ask this, so will also post on Home & Garden section.

Panasonic Air Conditioning Unit, model CS-RE12RKEW, I'm after a new remote. I've looked pretty much everywhere, but no joy. However, there are places that can supply a very similar looking remote, maybe a few more buttons/functions, and advertised as being a universal remote for all Panasonic Units.

Any ideas? Help? Advice?

It's not very reassuring that it claims the remote includes channel & volume settings & there's no picture.

Check your mobile phone to see if it has a remote app or download one.

I used an app last year, for a really old AC device that no longer had a remote control, worked fine.
