HP Inkjet Compatible Cartridges Online
Discussion
There's one third party make I bought several times via Amazon but can't see any listing for your model. I started buying the official HP black/colour as there was hardly anything in the price, a pound or two, and as I'd heard of compatibility issues happening more often.
How much do you print? if it's just occasional printing and not hundreds of pages a month, to be honest you might as well sign up to HP Instant Ink - I switched to it years ago and haven't bought a cartridge since. Unfortunately the prices increased last year, but for me it's still a good deal. I usually go through three sets a year and they just turn up in the post when needed - at ~£36 a year on the 50 pages pm rate, its at least a 25 quid saving on three sets of even 3rd party cartridges.

Mind it's not connected to the internet, some download firmwares to block it. My gran has to press X on her canon every time she turns it on (and I disconnected it from the wifi) so it stays on the firmware version that her hooky cartridges work fine with
HP has had multiple issues with this - refiiled carts were blocked by default, then the block was removed by a firmware upgrade after they got fined in some countries but recently (a month or two ago?) I read they'd put it back again.Gassing Station | Computers, Gadgets & Stuff | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
