Spelling suggestions now gone Mac

I used to be able to two finger tap my trackpad over a highlighted spelling mistake and it would suggest different spellings to replace the incorrect work.
This has now gone. No suggestions.
Is this an update issue?

Is this generic within the OS or within a particular app?

If you search settings there is a setting for All Input Sources that allows you to alter some options.

It is generic across everything (well, definitely most things). Still working here on Ventura 13.4
