My wife is looking for a Bluetooth headset, with decent range, that has a hardware mute button on it, so she can leave the Mic on her calls set to on and control it manually.

Ideally a physical switch or similar.

I have a SteelSeries Arctis 9X that does this and the end of the mic lights up red, but she doesn't want / need a premium gaming headset or XBox compatibility.

I have looked at other Arctis headsets, but I can't see if they have the same button and light up mic.

Anyone got any reccomendations?

My Plantronics Voyager has a mute button. You can also pivot the mic but up to mute and down to unmute.

Poly VOYAGER 4300 UC SERIES - has a physical button. Designed for Teams. Very good noise cancelling and mic clarity.

+1 for the Voyager.

Plantronics is now Poly/Polycom. Good kit.
