O2 Business number not working

Morning all.

I have been having awful issues with my iPhone on O2 recently, dropping calls when travelling in the car being the main issue.

Last week I rang them to get a solution. Rang the 8002 number, all fine. They sent a new sim card out to try first.

Got the new sim, did the sim swap, not any better. Went to ring them back yesterday on 8002 and I get the BT last telling me the number is not recognised.

Spoke to them on the 0800 number and mentioned the fact that the 8002 number was not working, soul destroyed bloke on the other end said he would report it.

Is anyone else having the same issue, or can someone on O2 Business try the 8002 number for me.
