PC For Photoshop
Discussion
I'm moving my business into a new workspace and need a new PC to take with me ( I've been using my gaming PC (Ryzen 5 1600 + GTX 970) up until now, but don't want to take that with me to my new space)
It's been a long time since I've built or bought a computer so don't really know what I should be looking for, so thought I'd ask here as usually get a decent response.
I'm looking for a PC that I can use for work, which mainly consists of using excel / word / chrome with plugins and photoshop - which I use daily to create marketing materials. I like the idea of an all in one, like an Lenovo IdeaCentre but I'm just not sure what sort of specifications I should be looking at for the photoshop use.
If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it very much
Edit: I don't have a set budget, and would prefer to use windows.

Photoshop will run on just about anything. I'd focus on RAM (16GB is fine ) and SSD,but even an old HDD won't hold you back much, though still, don't get one!
Graphics, again, the card doesn't do much (unless you render 3D images? I'm long out of touch with PS ).
Modern i5, 32Gb ram, SSD, 20 series card if no intention to ever game. I reckon.
More regular PS users wi!l chime in. It may have changed a lot in the ten odd years since I switched to GIMP for casual graphic editing.

Best consumer CPU for Photoshop appears to be the intel i9 13900K though you probably wouldn't notice much difference from any modern 8 core or above.
Power use and thermals are a bit of an issue for the i9 so I'd probably recommend the i7 (if you are going intel) or any Ryzen from the 7700X upwards.
Both platforms support PCIE 4 and above for the fastest storage (which I would recommend) and I would suggest at least 32 GB of DDR5 high speed low latency RAM.

i5 = 1389 "points", £280
i9 = 1612 "points" £570
a 16% increase in performance for 200% money ! :-)
