Anyone use Webex App for iOS?
Discussion
I’ve had BT CloudVoice installed at my office today. Previously used BT CloudWork, but im about to expand to a second office so need additional users that CloudWork couldn’t cope with.
I’ve downloaded the WebEx app for iOS for out of hours use. Problem is, I cannot see anywhere in the app that enables me to change the ringtone. Spent an hour on the phone with a tech who insists it should be in the settings menu, but it just isn’t there.
Sounds like a minor problem, but as I am a 24 hour company, I need a ringtone that is loud enough to wake me from a deep sleep at whatever o’clock in the night. The native ringtone is far too quiet even with volume up full! The previous CloudWork app had this functionality. I’m scratching my head! Anyone familiar with the app have any ideas?
TIA

Just had a quick look to refresh my memory, there's no way of changing it, if i remember correctly it's the same on android.
You could use the webex app to either set up a "sim ring" to your mobile (might get a bit messy if both are trying to ring at the same time) for incoming calls or remote office to your mobile which will then have the calls ringing through like a normal mobile call (remember to turn it off if you have a desk phone and want the calls to go to it)
You can still use the webex app for out going calls if you want to present your work number instead of your mobile.
