As per the title really. I have a desktop PC, which has 2x HDMI output ports on the back. These are currently hard wired to 2 separate monitors.

I’d like to keep one hard wired monitor, and also transmit to one wall mounted monitor and 2x wall mounted Smart TV’s. Each display will need to show a different iteration of the desktop.

Is there a wireless HDMI TX/RX device which will support this? I’ve seen various options on Amazon, but it looks like that’s all fine if you simply want to extend wirelessly to one display.

Any help and advice greatly appreciated

What do you mean by "iteration of the desktop". You have two outputs from the PC, you can only get two different display layouts if you extend the display or just one layout if you mirror them.

I thought it could be done with an HDMI Splitter. However I may be wrong on that.

I need one monitor for general use, and the three additional screens need to each show a different program for continuous 24/7 monitoring.

Add a second graphics card so you have four HDMI outs. You're not duplicating a display, you want to have four different displays at once off one machine.

I'm pretty sure you'll need a quad output graphics card, or two dual output ones.

Try posting in the Home Cinema & Hi-fi forum as there are at least two AV installers who pop up occasionally & they may be aware of a suitable HDMI wireless TX/RX system.

I too would expect you to need an additional video card with two more HDMI outputs.

You could try a USB-C widget which gives two HDMI ports such as the one below but you need Displayport Alt mode support which a desktop PC might not have.

You'll definitely need an extra graphics card to do it that way.

It might be simpler to put a stick PC on each of the extra screens, if they're only showing one thing.

Okay, thanks guys. Looks like adding an additional machine is the way to go.
