How to screen record video and audio - PC
Discussion
I'm currently going through a few Microsoft virtual training days.
They say that they are "live", but it's just a pre-recorded video shown at specific times.
Due to me being a bit thick, i sometimes want to go over certain topics, but having to wait for the next live training day to pop up is annoying at best.
Is there a free tool that i can use, that will record the video and audio, and output a file that so I can watch again at my own pace?

Try Screenpal ( aka screencast-o-matic) I use that to record demo screencasts, etc. Not sure how well it will work for long format recording, though.

I use OBS Studio (free) but there are alternatives...

It should work, our guys are not playing games and recording it
Just tried that, seems to work. Bring the window to the front, then use Win-G keystroke and press the record button.Gassing Station | Computers, Gadgets & Stuff | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
