I had an accident last month that I am trying to gather data for.

My Apple Watch registered the fall and was about to call emergency services but I clicked that I was ok.

I can see the fall data on my health app with time and date and it would help my claim tremendously if I had the GPS data of exactly where the accident occurred. I assume the data will be there somewhere as it was about to call emergency services with the co-ordinates.

Is there any way to access the GPS data?

I don’t think it saves that data. If it had gone through the fall detection process prior to cancelling it would have sent a text message with the location but as cancelled then unfortunately you won’t have them.

Do you have google maps? If the tracking is turned on then you can recall where you were and match to the time of fall.

No not google maps.

I usually track my workouts through the heath app but for some reason I did not on that occasion - typical. With my usual bravado I did not think to get witness information either. Not worth pursuing a claim then I guess.

Who would you be claiming against if you fell? I presume there was a pothole or the like? If so, surely you could find it again?

Yes a pothole, which is still there and I have photos.

But with no video of the incident and no location data evidence and no witnesses I guess I have no case.
