OneStream - cheap but not so cheerful?

I'm considering moving away from Vodafone for home broadband (ever-spiralling price hikes), and was considering 'OneStream'.
Our rural location precludes many BB providers, but OneStream appears to use Vodafone's 'products', making it available in our village.
They appear very price competitive (a.k.a. cheap!), but do have a worrying number of poor reviews online - particularly around spurious billing issues concerning opt-out 'extras' initially included when signing up.
Has anyone had recent experience of their service? Is it worth paying a few extra £££ for a 'proper' provider?
