Bluetooth on Samsung phone cutting out

The bluetooth connection on my Samsung phone keeps cutting momentarily - it does it on headphones and both of our cars. It's fine on Andriod Auto so likely a bluetooth issue.

Any ideas as to how to fix this?

All software up to date, and it happens on different apps e.g. Spotify, Iplayer.
