CAn i delete drivers?

I wish to reinstall a plustek program and have unistalled the exisiting one.
However on reinstalling it it tells me that the drivers are still there

Can i get them uninstalled so i can start with aclear slate


Onm an unrelated note, i got amessage telling me that a programme would not proceed installing and i should check with admin

It appears although there is not a separate log in id for admin I am already it .so how can i get around this problem?

It is a USB device driver?

Should just be a case of plugging the device in, heading to Device Manager and finding it in the list. Right click > Uninstall.
