Hello,
As per title really, would really appreciate a nudge in the right direction. I own a very small building company and would like a specific work PC to keep my personal and business use completely separate. I've got a monitor, keyboard, mouse etc so that's all sorted and don't want to keep using my laptop for work duties.

Mainly it's emails, some spreadsheets, photo storage and I might run some lightroom through it to touch up some photos from projects.

Seen some refurbished models on Amazon for less than £100. I'm certainly partial to new, used or refurbished, just need it to be a dependable workhorse.

Any advice most appreciated, thanks!

The refurbished business PCs are good value for money.

You probably want an old Dell / HP / Lenovo, i5-4th gen, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD or better, and Windows 10. Loads of 'em about.

ETA - a bit of filtering and sort by average customer review later, something like this -
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dell-OptiPlex-3020-Profes...

Lightroom might want you to spend a bit more though...

Thanks for that, this is what I'm looking at:

HP Elite 8300 SFF Quad Core i5-3470 3.20GHz 8GB 256GB SSD DVD WiFi Windows 10 Professional Desktop PC Computer With Antivirus (Renewed) https://amzn.eu/d/2XfxBrT

I'm almost concerned by how cheap it is!

That's in the ballpark.

I don't know any of those sellers, but if they've got a few good reviews... And you've always got Amazon to call if you really need to escalate for a refund.

Amazing, thank you!

At that price it seems a no brainer
