iPhone not playing well with BT whole home.
Discussion
Just recently my iPhone is having problems downloading from my BT Whole Home network.
If I connect directly to the Now TV router (via Wi-Fi) that drives the BT Network, it downloads fine so it isn’t my incoming broadband that’s the issue.
I wonder it it’s a conflict of 2G/5G or conflicting with any of the 4 BT discs around the home.
I don’t really want to use the Now TV network as all the other devices at home are on the BT network and work fine.
It also affects my iPad so I do think it’s iOS related.
Any help gratefully received.

I had an issue with a bt hub a few years ago and it turned out to be that the 2.4 & 5ghz network used the same ssid and password and my iPhone used to eventually drop WiFi completely as it got all messed up switching between the two.
All solved by turning off either the 2.4 or 5 network.
Maybe worth a go?

Are you just noticing it on those devices as they move around?Lately I’m finding my Windows laptop often won’t automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi if I move it from our kitchen/diner to the study.
I’ve got BTs latest hub and a couple of disks.
Apart from that it works well. With the previous hub I did first rename the two channels and then turned 5Ghz off altogether, but not felt the need to do that on the new kit.
