Calculating average rating of bars/restaurants in an area

Sorry if it is on a wrong venue,

Is there a tool or third party app to calculate average rating of bars on google map in a specific given area (such as 1 mile radius of XXX postcode)?

Thanks!

(PS: I'm capable of doing it manually, but not intending to as I have a few postcodes to calculate and compare!! )

Ratings based on what?

Google and Tripadvisor are highly variable based on recency / bias / etc

Vaud, google ratings really.. Average google ratings like the map above would have been good (interactive I would assume, as the index keep changing)
