What cheap work phone - WhatsApp and usable camera

I restore classic cars, my workshop/shed is not a clean place, and is fairly punishing on phones. My current phone (OnePlus 7 pro) is starting to fail, and has suffered at least cosmetically due to the workshop. So I'm intending to replace it with something like a nothing phone as my phone and get a new SIM for it and use it as personal use only, and then move this sim in to a new budget phone when the OnePlus finally dies (camera is starting to fail) and keep that as a workshop/business phone only.
This phone will only be used for phone calls, WhatsApp and the only fly in the ointment is I send customers videos and pictures of work and problems, so the camera needs to be half decent. Something like one of the retro inspired Nokia's would be ideal, other than the fact not all will run proper WhatsApp and most have terrible cameras. Bearing in mind the camera quality on the current phone is fairly high.
Does anything like that exist? I'm quite happy to use an old decent quality phone if needs be, but a new basic one would be preferable, especially if it ends getting replaced every couple of years due to wear and tear. Much easier to just buy another than keep hunting out a trade in flagship phone 2-3 years old.

To clarify, not looking for an expensive phone.
Cheap. WhatsApp. Camera that doesn't make potato pictures and video. Doesn't matter what it looks like, it's just going to spend it's time covered in grease, dust and grinding dust. The pixels great but would make a nice phone for my daily phone not the work phone.
