Help with minimum specs

Hi clever computer games people!
20 years ago, I would be able to work this out for myself, but I've not been up to speed with graphics cards for donkeys! Double so with laptops, which were always a moody bet for gaming..
Please can someone advise..
Can this:
System Model Dell Latitude 5420
OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1145G7 @ 2.60GHz, 1498 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB
Name Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics
Adapter Description Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics
Adapter RAM 1.00 GB (1,073,741,824 bytes)
Play a game with requirements of this?
MINIMUM:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 10 (64-bit versions)
Processor: Intel Core i3-7100/AMD Ryzen 3 1200
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770/AMD Radeon R9 280X
DirectX: Version 11
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 10 (64-bit version)
Processor: Intel Core i7-6700K/AMD Ryzen 7 1700
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070/AMD RX Vega 56
DirectX: Version 11
The fear is the graphics card aspect - google implies that the dedicated cards are far far better than the onboard intel, and obviously it's pointless buying MechWarrior 5 if it's going to run at 10 FPS, because it'd be more frustrating than fun!
Thanks in advance
Gump

I'm like you, all too complicated these days:

Which game?
Sorry just spotted mech warrior 5!
Going to stop editing my own post in a mo:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Mechwarrior5/comments/z06... half way down the thread someone with the same card.
Runs but gets hot, this has always bugged me about laptops and gaming, I used to use a cooler pad years ago (World of Warcraft), now I stick to consoles and a bit of sneaky gaming on my lads desktop!

Intel iGPUs have never been good at anything other than displaying Windows and basic productivity software.
Either get a laptop with a basic discrete GPU, or an AMD-based laptop which has a much better iGPU (although still basic compared to a full-blow GTX1070).

My guess is it will run but on low settings.
Doesn't Steam have a two hour refund period thing?

Thanks everyone!
We also have this laptop:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz, 1800 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
Name Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620
Adapter RAM 1.00 GB (1,073,741,824 bytes)
Name Radeon (TM) 530
Adapter RAM (2,147,483,648) bytes
..Which has some sort of Radeon, but it's an older jobbie so I don't know if it's any handier than the work laptop?

The Radeon 530 is even worse than the Intel Iris XE...

This, I suspect it will run, but only at 1024x768 in low settings. Whether you are happy to play it like that is another matter.https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-7...

If your internet connection is up to it you could try cloud gaming on GamePass Ultimate.
