Can anyone recommend a cheap tablet with a large screen? All I literally want to do is read webpages on it.
Don't need huge disk and probably not much CPU.
Was hoping for between 100 and 200 pounds.

Assuming you just mean "storage" - be careful of going too low. I have an old 10" tablet which is barely even able to do web browsing now because system updates have basically taken all of its 16GB of storage. In fact, the last time I turned it on it wanted to do another update but doesn't actually have enough space - despite me deleting almost every app from it.

The Amazon Fire tablets offer good value for money if you aren't too worried about performance or app support (though you can hack Google Play onto them and use them as Android tablets).
Largest one is only around a 10" screen, though. That said, very few tablets are larger than 10-11".

10.1 inch tablet for £60
If you go down the PC route, look out for battery life, they'll generally not last long between charges when compared to a tablet.
