PC for content creation

Looking for a PC that will facilitate content creation for a youtube channel. The content will consist of filmed video footage in 4k that requires editing. Are there any obvious 'go to's' for this type of work?

A mac is my first response really.

Beyond that the questions start to become more of a time vs money debate as far as the more you spend the more you will save in time rendering stuff.

The bigger issue is usually time spent uploading it so make sure you have a good internet connection.
