Does anyone have any recommendations for patch lead suppliers?

Am looking for a variety of them...5m external, 10m external, ~60m external, 10m internal and a couple of 2m internals.

(Don't really want the faff of terminating cables myself wink).

Try here:

Not sure I'd call a 60m cable a patch lead though.

You could also try Kenable

I suspect that 60m might be a problem 50 or 100m are the usual long lengths unles custom made.

We use Greg from Just Cables. Very easy guy to work with and can do bespoke lengths etc.

I've used FS.com for various requirements. Excellent service and very friendly (although I suspect it's just a very polite bot)

I use fs.com for my company, they do have great service and are very cheap.

In UK I have used https://www.cablemonkey.co.uk/ for patch leads also

Patchsave are very good as well, their communication has been excellent when there's been any issues.

I use cable monkey for fibre leads, cabinets etc. Less fussy with copper patch leads, but seems to be more of the crap CCA stuff around (copper clad aluminium), so worth using a good supplier. Not sure you’ll find a 60m one but if you ask on local Facebook group then someone might be happy to stick some RJ45s on for you.

Thanks all.

Leaving to my neighbour to order up (while I figure out if we can use some of my old Ubiquiti stuff in place of buying new), but have passed the recommendations on.

I used to hate crimping RJ45 ends onto drum cable until I discovered pass through connectors. I don't know whether they're a recent thing but I assume not, just new to me.

Simplicity itself (I literally don't bother even testing them, they're so easy to get right) and bespoke cables are always better.

+1

Pre pass through connectors were a real pain!

And again as above, I don't bother testing either, there are soo simple, can easily check the colours before crimping if you really feel the need

Strip the cable back a bit further than with the old style and you can see where they connect

Broadbandbuyer is another site I've used. Cables, switches, Ubiquiti equipment. They stock most things.
