Anyone a dab hand on Facebook?

I want to search through a group from April 2021 to the present. The problem is 30 mins of scrolling later I'm still only at Nov 2022. I've tried doing searches of various types and using the filters to select a date but the results never show the complete picture.

Is there a quick way to get to a certain date instead of endless scrolling only to have facebook crash?
