Replace ps5 controller under warranty?

Hi

I got a ps5 from Very back in August. 6 months on and the left analog stick is drifting already. Anyone know the best way to try and get a replacement?

Direct to Sony or with Very?

This. We've returned two now, one for stick drift and one for a blown USB port, they usually ship back very quickly, I haven't checked to see whether we got the same controllers back but I wouldn't be surprised if they just ship a refurb.

• cough* the blown USB port might have been my fault, we were missing a charging cable so I was substituting a laptop charger that I knew wasn't behaving 100%. Well it worked ok for a few times until there was an audible pop from the USB port and a bit of smoke came out.
