Been looking at this, I need a license for MS Office for home personal use. Just one laptop for me. Not fussed about slightly older version, really, really hate the online version (365?)

Not interested in alternatives, been there, don't do what I need.

Can I get Office (Word, Excel, PP) for a fixed one off purchase?

This appears to be a standalone version of Office, and the reviews seem ok

I bought this about 6 months ago and am happy with it.
Until I bought it I was using Office 2003 which totally met all my needs except that Outlook was no longer working properly.
I reckoned that Office 2003 had earned its keep so I pushed the boat out! smile

Have just done the same - through Ecokeys - 2019 office pro plus - £15.49 - lifetime sub one laptop.
Code emailed to me within minutes and then followed download instructions via outlook etc.

Thanks all, that solves the problem (and saved me more than I though!)

The subscription gives you whatever the latest version is plus online services. The lifetime license is for a single version of office only.

Think I need to switch license then. I don't need online services or latest versions as it's only for home use. Thanks.

Worth noting the positive reviews seem to be for the sellers at £22ish in the sidebar, not the cheapest (3 reviews, two negative).
Just bought, so thanks for the pointer.
