TSO Host Paragon Internet - heads up fraud on payment card

Check your bank or card statements if you've paid Paragon Internet or TSO Host recently, three fraudulent amounts on my card last month, card cancelled and refund obtained. Rarely use my debit card but for some reason I did for TSO host last month and immediately after, three identical payments come out for over £160.
