No Wi-FI on phone but Smart TV working
Discussion
Make sure you've reboot the router. (Just switch it off, count to 10 then switch it back on.) I hadn't switched off my router in about 3 months and suddenly all wifi gone, only my PC (hard cable to the router) could connect to the internet. Remembered to reboot the router after wondering wtf was going on, and all fine since.
I had similar recently trying to connect an Alexa, everything on the network was working, tried forgetting network and reconnecting phone and it no longer worked once connected.
rebooted the Wifi mesh and still had the issues, rebooted the router - sorted itself - no idea what happened.

Can your phone see your router when you search for Wifi availability?
Nope, no matter what I try the list of networks does not include EE, even put the phone next to the router.Spoken with EE and they can only suggest a new router which is on its way.
It seems bonkers to me that both smart TV's connect and work fine, yet no matter what I try the PC, phone and Tablet will not connect.

Do you only have the router, no repeaters anywhere?
Have you deleted the connection from phone and gone and searched again?
Can you do that on a working device like the TV?
Only the router, yes cleared and searched again, the TV's will find it fine however nothing else will.Have you deleted the connection from phone and gone and searched again?

Just to update, EE have supplied a new router.
As before the Smart TV's are fine, the computer seems fine but the mobile is crap, keeps saying no internet and drops out, it is a not a phone issue as it works fine on my parents and work broadband fine.
I am also now having issues with my printer not finding the network as well, I seem to have to repair the connection every time I want to print.
Does anybody know if smart meters can affect it, thinking about it my issues started about the same time that EDF started taking readings again, I have had a smart meter for a long time but was with Eon, it has taken EDF months to sort out taking readings.

Pretty much anything electrical or electronic will affect it.
So it is highly likely you could be experiencing noise/interference on the same bands your wifi and phone are trying to operate on.
You really need to establish which band (2.4Ghz or 5Ghz) and then what channel your router is transmitting on.
Deactivate the 5Ghz if you can and see what happens.

Checked further, the TV is set to 5ghz, everything else is 2.4ghz.So it is highly likely you could be experiencing noise/interference on the same bands your wifi and phone are trying to operate on.

Disconnecting the 5ghz has made a massive difference, it is much quicker.
Will keep an eye on things.
Thanks to everyone for tips and advice.
