My PC has lot interest in communicating with the internet, it won't even give me a list of available networks. I've tried resetting the network adapter and rebooting, but no luck.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I assume that you are not seeing error messages in the device list?

It sounds like the card might be the problem? Assuming it's a separate card and not on the mother board, check that the card is seated properly in it's slot and that the aerial(s) are tight. Have you moved the router/PC recently, is there a new source of interference? All things to investigate.

If this doesn't help, then it might be best just to get a new card - they're relatively cheap... I had to do this last year when the card in my PC started dropping connections for no reason.

Sorted.

Wlan Auto config (whatever that is) was washing it's hair. Once restarted and PC rebooted, all was well.
