Hi,

I have an rota email sent to my Gmail that I presume contains embedded images as there are no attachments to download. Is there a way to select the image and reliably print it out. My attempts so far have missed parts of rota. In the past I seem to remember I have clicked on images in the body of an email and right clicked to download it. But Gmail is not offering the option this time.

Thanks for all the help

Not sure what device you are using?

If it’s a windows PC, you could either the print screen option or use a snip and cut the image and paste it in a Word document.

Hi,

I have been using a Windows PC as it is the only way to print in our house.

Will try your suggestion later.

Thanks

As it is been a while, do you have to use another key with the print screen key?

Try using the snip tool (windows key and type snip) and draw round the image you want to print

Have you tried right clicking on the image & opening in another tab?
Should then open the image in a tab in your web browser which you can the 'save as'
