Facebook scam...

Well, it had to happen at some stage.

I have finally been scammed, tried to buy a PS5 game and, well, you know the rest...

Anyone know how I can report it to Facebook given I am blocked and can't see the b**rd anymore... And I assume Facebook will do naff all?

I'm going to presume it was just Bank transfer because it seems the most likes but SIL gave someone some money on Facebook, unbelievably obvious scam yet she fell for it and the bank coughed up the money! Try them

You don't have a leg to stand on with Facebook. They only offer purchase protection if you use the Facebook payment service, which I don't think anyone uses. You can try to claim via your bank but they probably put at least 2 warnings up in the app before you made the transfer so they probably won't be interested.

Thank you, I will try them. Already started the ball rolling but I am supposed to go into a branch?!?!
