I recently moved house and after the move tried to setup the desktop PC again (Lenovo Ideacentre).

After plugging everything in and switching it on there is no output to the monitor, mouse or keyboard.

I’ve tried removing and plugging the RAM back in, and removing the battery that resets the BIOS(?) I think with no joy.

Any thoughts before I get childish and just buy another PC?

It will just be something unseated - normally it can tell you what kind of problem it’s having either by beeping, or by some lights on the motherboard that you can see with the case off

Google troubleshooting for that model and you should get some ideas on how to diagnose

Have you plugged the monitor cable into a motherboard output instead of the graphics card output, if you have a graphics card.

Have you also switched on the PSU on the back of the computer?
