As I have a crap network signal in my house wifi calling is pretty important!!
Phone was working perfectly (on ID sim) then suddenly stopped its wifi calling.
It's not the network as I can put my sim into another phone to prove this but the phone.....

Running Android 10 but latest security update is 2020 and no 'updates' available.
I'm reluctant to force an update as i don't want to risk bricking my phone so has anyone got ideas I can try?

Same phone here, and also need wifi calling as mobile coverage is poor.

I've found the wifi calling on the S10e to be quite frustrating - sometimes it works, often it doesn't. My phone has all the updates. There's no way I have found to force it to use wifi calling, but 3 things I have found have helped in the past:
1. "forget" the wifi network then re-add it. Sometimes this kicks it into action
2. set to aeroplane mode + wifi so it has to use wifi-calling
3. check in the phone settings, sometimes it has forgotten it's enabled.

It's also slowing right down now (can take 10 seconds to open the camera) so perhaps the built-in obsolescence is upon it.

Thanks for your reply - nice to know I'm not the only one!!!
I had tried all of your suggestions and, probably like you, found none of them working....

Given up with the Samsung and ordered a Cubot phone from China. Wife has had one for last few months and, for the price, it's very impressive as all we both want is a small phone for calls/emails/texts/FB and a bit of surfing. I've tried my sim (both of us with ID) in her phone and immediately had wifi calling.

Worth a look unless you use it for gaming and watching movies......
