Will this phone work in the UK?

I’m in Thailand struggling with my own Sim, need a new phone anyway - so no problem getting a phone here with a Thai Sim obviously.
But if I invest in a decent Samsung like the link below will it be possible to swap Sims in the UK and everything work? Are all Samsung A13s the same in other words? Will a secondhand one work in the UK, secondhand would be half the price of the one below: (60 or 120 quid)

I’ve bought quite a few phones in Thailand and haven’t had any issues when coming back to the UK with them - most region specific phones tend to be the US now and that’s only mainly apple and their dropping of sim for esim in the new iPhones

Just to update, after a fair bit of intelligent research and some haggling got the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 for £140 in Thailand, and it works perfectly in the UK:

Decent pics, struggles a bit with action in low light, screen and battery life is excellent. Don’t think the £278 price on the Amazon link is entirely representative, £210 might be possible in the UK although don’t think the 6GB RAM version is officially here.

Side fingerprint unlock is very handy.

Assuming it is the 5G version, I think that’s the same the world over.

This compares the A13 5G with the ‘A13 SM-137’ which appears to be 4G only:
