Alexa routines on linked accounts

My wife and I both have Amazon Alexa accounts which are linked so we can both use any of our devices, and we do switch accounts on them as we both have different Spotify accounts.

I have set up various routines in my app to control smart light switches in the house, and strangely some of them don't work on my wife's account, but the majority do. Anyone know why and the best way to fix it?
