Non-TPM Winows 11 upgrade = Safe?

Just curious about PHers' experiences and whether if its worth risking? For example I read somewhere that you can't run updates on non-TPM hardware.

My PC (HP i7 4th gen) throws a hissy fit at graphics cards and likes to shut down regularly else it crashes regularly. I'd dread to think what would happen if I tried upgrading the OS!

Right now you can run updates on non TPM- hardware. Who knows if MS will enforce the rule in the future. I don't particularly like 11, so I'm more looking at reinstalling a machine to go 11->10.
