Before both myself and my father go insane…

He has a problem on his land,I’ve, he can’t make outgoing calls.

He reported this over 2 weeks ago.

Since then, 3 engineer visits have been arranged, and they didn’t turn up either time.

Most recent was this morning. Live chat says we didn’t make an appointment, despite us having a text confirming it had been made (notably, one appointment option was 1 hour before the text).

I’ve just tried to actually talk to them, rather than live chat. On hold for 30 minutes, then line went dead and they texted me to report a fault. It’s an existing fault, and I’m trying to do this remotely for a very elderly person.

Is there any way I can possibly speak to someone?
