VM are changing from landline to VOIP (?) tomorrow ,phone has to be plugged into VM hub tomorrow for continued service
That I uderstand , but today ,phone dead for incomming on both , outgoing ok on land line .
Any one else ?
Not going to call VM just yet incase it sorts itself tomorrow.

About two contracts ago they set me up with a VoIP service, incoming calls never worked, they sent me a new hub, still no luck. They said an engineer needed to visit, couldn't tell me why, could never arrange a suitable time, so I just left it as I never used the home phone. Last contract it was cancelled.

Doh plugged phone into wrong outlet on hub , working fine now phone next time read
