Powerpoint Templates? Graphics?

Hi all,

Bit of a shot in the dark, but looking for inspiration.

I want to create a slide deck that enables me to talk through a narrative, with the 'growth of a tree' showing the journey we've been on.

Start off as a small seedling, next slide shows a small tree, next slide a medium tree, final slide a large tree. Then can use branches & roots on each slide to show the work done to support the growth.

I'm a pretty good Powerpoint monkey, but this is beyond me in terms of how best to create it. Would anyone know of templates or equivalent to help guide?
