Windows 11 not seeing Dell Printer

New Asus laptop bought on W11 and using the existing Dell printer. The laptop can't "see" the printer to use it, although the fully reset old laptop (on W10) can see it and operate it.

Tried adding in the settings and also manually, but it's as if it doesn't exist.

Is it something others have experienced?

Update your drivers for the printer may help.

I had to throw away a perfectly good printer because there were no drivers available for Windows 11.

Sounds as though you're in the same boat.
