Best new phone Sim contract for EU roaming ?

Looking for a new sim only contract but are there any new ones that allow more than 12gb data while in the eu?
Most now have a fair use policy that caps at 12gb, my 3 contract that finishes shortly I took out as it offered 100gb per month, only to find it was capped while abroad.
The only time I use much data is when I’m away

A lot of new ones don't allow roaming without charges, I had been on the same Three 12 month one for about 4 years but this time round they said "I had to move to a new deal" which didn't include roaming so I went to BT.

O2 still include roaming as part of their pay monthly packages at no extra charge upto 25gb data, i'm with them on a Sim only deal
