APIs, Webhooks etc

We have various bits of software in our business that all have APIs and I'm led to believe can natively transfer information between them.

That is the sum of my knowledge.

Who do i need to employ/sub-crontract to help me develop and maintain these interconnections? What sort of skill should i search for?

When you google this there is a LOAD of information, but it presumes you have an intimate knowledge of programming already. I don't.

Part of my job is building API's for mobile apps and various applications, so I have a little knowledge.

Most decent software and web developers will have some knowledge of API's and Webhooks, its how the modern web works.

Recruiting the right people also depends on how big your business is and is dependent on said API's as you open up can's of worms when you look to develop logic and integration between systems with them!
