Bluetooth Clip On Headphones

Hopefully someone on here can help with my very specific and somewhat niche headphone requirements:
I am looking for Bluetooth headphones to use at the gym, apple earbuds do not stay in my ear, so they need to have some method of securing themselves to my head. I would rather keep them cheap, because I'm crap at keeping track of them but also because I will only ever use one...
Which brings me on to the 'niche' factor. I'm deaf in my right ear, so have no need for the right-side headphone. I also get some odd sensations (presumably from vibration) in my right ear, so I don't find it particularly comfortable to wear the right one anyway. This means that any potential headphones need to have the controls on the left side!
