Company name displaying on handset making outgoing calls

Hi

I've had a look round about this but can't seem to find an answer, I'm probably searching for the wrong terms, but........if I dial out on my mobile (OnePlus Nord running Android 11) it will often replace the number on screen with the name of the company I'm calling. What's the term for this? It's almost like a reverse CLID. It doesn't happen on iphones from what I've seen.

Any ideas?

It's a Google/Android thing I think. Data from Google business listings. Also works for incoming calls. I like it.

I added my (work) mobile number to a 'verified' business listing and, if I make outgoing calls, it comes up with the company name (to the person receiving the call).

It's probably called Smart Call ID or similar. Samsung have the service from Hiya integrated which does the same thing: https://www.hiya.com/products/app
