YouTube stops after opening specific app

Hi All

Wondering if anyone can shed any light on this? I have a YouTube premium subscription, which works well except with one specific app, which also happens to be out checkout software. Randomly it will stop playing when we open this one app.

I’ve checked all settings and updated the apps, but it keeps happening, any ideas on how to stop this, we just want the app to play uninterrupted.

Does your checkout software have some sort of SSL security wrapper? Trusteer Raport or the like? or creating aVPN tunnel to your payment processor?

Does YouTube work if you launch the app leave it open then use YouTube?
