what is this connector called please?

The charging cable for a domestic gizmo has gone missing. It had a USB at one end (for charging from the computer) and this trapezoid connector at the other, dimensions 8mm x 3mm.
Need to order a new one. Anybody know what this cable would be called?

They were the standard connector for most small portable electronic devices until a few years ago when USB C started to take over.

USB-C has been standard on Android phones for about 5 years now. If you're a Samsung Android user the S7 was the last with micro USB and the S8 onwards has USB-C.

Just been through my desk draw, I only have 10 in the draw, It seems USB-C is more difficult, as I only have 2 in the draw. Really surprised you have to order one
