Disabled Facebook

Can anyone help ?
Our Facebook account has been disabled by one of the administrators for what appears to be a grudge. It has passed the 30 days to re-enable the account and I’m getting nowhere trying to connect with someone from Facebook. I’m happy to create a new profile but I want the old one removed so there are not two with the same name on the platform. Any clues ?

Track down the MoFo who did it would be the fastest.

Otherwise try Twitter at them or report the account (but if it is disabled, it should be invisible, right?)
