Getting Kutools Add-in to appear on Ribbon

I've installed the Kutool Excel add in & while it appears on the ribbon the first time it is run from the install dialog it doesn't on subsequent occasions I open Excel. I've added the Kutools directory to the Trusted Locations list & enabled subfolders, but Kutools doesn't appear as a tab on the ribbon.
As this is Excel as part of MS/Office 365 is there anything else I have to do to get this to work? I didn't have any issues like this with the VitalTax add in.
