Disable doorbell push on ring

I want to use a ring doorbell pro 2 as a camera. Can I disable the push bell button?

You can turn the chime down to 0. You can turn off any alerts on your phone.

So, in essence, your doorbell will be disabled as you won’t be able to hear it or will be notified about it. There isn’t a button to specifically turn off the doorbell.

To be fair, the only real use for it is as a camera, the bell action and notification is flakey at best.

The pro 2 is a pretty good camera and nice slim unit as well.
