Micro motor that can be moved manually

Im building a flight sim, I want to add a motor to the trim wheel so it moves when the AP or trim adjust buttons change it. But I still want the wheel to be moved manually as well. What's the best type of motor to use for that? It will be controlled by an Arduino and appropriate driver board. Was thinking of using a small belt to drive it
