Apple Macbook Pro Butterfly Key replacement

Morning

Three of the keys on my 2016 macbook pro are sticking. Considering the reputation of these keyboards, should i try and repair myself with keys off somewhere like ebay or not bother and use the external keyboard?

There are a couple of videos on youtube on how to repair these keys but i ain't the most patient person in the world...

Are Apple still doing the free replacement program?

Had the same thing - out of warranty and outside the 4 years of the extended programme - but Apple did the replacement for free (which came with a new battery). I had purchased the original machine from Apple so had consumer law protection.

I take it you have tried to release them with an air canister? Mine stick often but a squirt of air sorts it out.
