Resetting Virgin Media password

ETA All fixed now, save you reading further.


Trying to reset my Virgin Media account and can't get it to accept anything, as below .. tried in Chrome and Edge with same effect. Maybe Virgin will respond to me at some point this millenium but maybe PH has the answer?

You know what, it's been one of those days. Earlier it was throwing a wobbly on an apostrophe so I just went in and tried again .. and now it will accept anything. What a waste of bandwidth this thread is
